I must apologise for my omission of Weston Super Mare in the list of 10 favourite places I've been and can recommend. Thanks to Mr Cholmondely Forbes, who despite having a quite ridiculous name, spotted this omission.
I have gone to the trouble of creating a dedicated blog for 'Somerset's jewel', which I trust compensates to some degree for my oversight...
